Over the last decade, i have come to understand that shadow integration is a necessary part of our personal growth, whilst knowing thyself in totality opens inner wisdom for self protection, transformation and the ability to protect and heal others. Healing takes time, so please be mindful of anyone that has been through any form of war, physically or spiritually ‘soul shock’. Human life is not to be bet on nor is it a competition to destroy one another.
When the truth finally comes to the surface, and all is revealed, we can find an inner sanctuary that sets the stage for healing, forgiveness and spiritual growth. This does not mean that we accept violent projections, it means that we know ourselves well enough to say no, speak up and set boundaries when lines have been crossed.

Process: Starting with pencil sketches, this short animation took on form to explain a spiritual and evolutionary process, transforming horror into beauty.
